Greenway at Still Hopes isn’t just for our residents! We welcome older adults living in Columbia, West Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, Cayce, and the broader Midlands region by extending our services and amenities through the following programs:
Adult Day Program
Our Adult Day Program, based in Rose Gardens, provides an organized program in our community group setting to promote social, physical and emotional well-being. These programs offer a variety of activities designed to meet the needs and interests of each older adult who receives our care.
Older adults can engage with their peers through educational and recreational activities in a secure environment for the day. Our program provides flexible options for your loved one.
Adult Day Program services include:
- Program hours from 7 am - 7 pm
- Flexible drop-off and pick-up hours
- A choice of half-day or full-day of engagement
- Full calendar of activities for lifestyle enrichment
- Nutritional meals provided
- Additional hygiene services as requested

Respite Care
Older adults in the Columbia area can take anywhere from seven to 30 days to enjoy overnight stays and exclusive Greenway amenities while giving their loved ones and caregivers a short break from the daily stressors of care.
In addition to daily activities, participants in these programs are provided daily care and medical services:
- Nutritional meals and snacks
- Whirlpool bath/shower
- Beauty and barbershop services
- Personal hygiene
- Physical, speech and occupational therapy, as needed
- Flu vaccination
- TB skin testing
- Lab work as needed

Sanders Rehabilitation
Recovering from an illness or injury is stressful enough, but for older adults, it can take a much higher toll. At Sanders Rehab, we offer private rehabilitation suites and a personalized integrated approach to physical, occupational and speech therapies, and nursing care.
Our onsite Medicare-certified interdisciplinary team works together to quickly restore your health and independence. We match nurses and therapists with a limited number of patients to ensure attentive and responsive care. We offer supportive services tailored to your needs, including vocational rehabilitation and nutrition counseling. And we offer the same additional Greenway at Still Hopes exclusive amenities that our residents enjoy every day.
